Instant mayonnaise
Hello friends today we are going to make very exciting dip which will transfer your boring snack to a something exciting. This creamy dressing was first used as a DIP in spain and then it was slowly brought in France and then all over other countries. This is mostly used as side dish in various recipes like tacos , sandwich,chicken roll, hot dog, salads ,pizza ,burger ,nachos etc. This is eggless mayonnaise so vegetarian can also try this. Let's get started with eggless mayonnaise.
Ingredients
¼cup /60ml milk
¾cup/150ml vegetarian oil
½tsp salt
½tsp mustard seed powder
1 tsp sugar powder
¼tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
Methods to make mayonnaise
Take mixer jar and then put refrigerator milk
Now add refrigerator oil ,note that oil has to be add little by little.
Add 2 tbsp of oil first
Then add flavour and seasoning that is mustard seed powder and black pepper salt and sugar
Blend for 10 times in 5 minutes .
Stop and blend again and again
It will be slightly thicker
Again add 2 tbsp of oil
Add vinegar
Cover and blend again for 5 minutes
It turns little cream
And at last add all the oil which is left
Blend and cover for 2 to 3 minutes
Thick and creamy mayonnaise is ready
Eggless mayonnaise is ready
You can enjoy it with any snack.
Tips and notes
1.Very important is deep freeze the oil lime juice and milk. Oil for 1hour, milk and lemon juice for 15 minutes to get nice thick and creamy texture.
2. Instead of vinegar you can also add 2 teaspoon lime juice.
3. You can also addfull fat milk or full cream.
4. Instead of normal vegetable oil add half canola oil/olive oil/sunflower oil.
5.Instead of sugar use honey.
6.Most important oil has to be added little by little.
