Shawarma is a meat sandwich eaten in Middle East. meat can be of any kind chicken, turkey,lamb,beef etc .it is a served on Arabic bread with vegetables. Shawarma is a juicy chicken marinate slowly cooked and roasted on low flame along with spices in cone-shaped.it served on all restaurants, mostly found on street as fast food.so friends let's start with mouthwatering dish which every child likes.
Ingredients
For marinate
½ kg chicken (wings)
1 tbsp ginger garlic powder/paste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp cardamon powder
1 tbsp gram masala
1 tbsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp tandoori masala
3 tbsp yogurt
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Tahini sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4-5garlic clove
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
½tsp Black pepper powder
½tsp oregano (optional)
Salt to taste
Salads
1cup Cabbage Julienne
½ cup Capsicum julienne
½ cup onion Julienne
½ cup Carrots Julienne
Vegetables can be of your choice
Red sauce
4 Red bell pepper
2 tomatoes
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
Dressing of salad
1 tsp Lemon
1 tsp Vinger
Salt as required.
Marination
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder, ginger garlic pasteblack pepper powder, cumin powder ,garam masala, tandoori masala, turmeric powder.salt as required yogurt /dahimix well all the spices with little olive oilthe Meritnation is ready, rest it for 30 minutes, you can also keep it overnight in freezertake a pan drizzle some oilput the chicken in the pan fry and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame.when it's cooked remove from the pan let it cool for sometime and then chop the chicken.

Tahini sauce;
To make this meyonnaise white sauce,
Take a big glass put meyonnaise,lemon juice,sesame seeds, garlic cloves, black pepper powder,oil, pinch of salt,then blend it for 2minutes with hand blender or you can blen in mixer also.

Note
Instead of red bell pepper for source you can also add soak red chillies with tomatoes puree.
Marinate the chicken for at least one hour before cooking it. This not only helps to add flavor, but it also helps to breakdown the fibers so you have the most tender meat.
Let the chicken breasts come to room temperature before putting them in the oven or pan for cooking. Cold chicken breasts take longer to cook and you can risk them becoming too dry that way.
Don’t overcook the chicken. If it overcooks it will dry out. If you have an instant read thermometer, the chicken should register at 160F. Alternatively, if you pierce the breast with a fork, the juices should run clear.
Cut the chicken against the grain when you slice it. This way, you cut through the fibers so the chicken is tender. Be sure to let it rest before slicing it too so that they juices redistribute and the chicken is wonderfully juicy.
