🙏Navratri is going on ,so let's prepare today mata ka bhog. Kala chana recipe.
ingredients
2 cup Kala chana /black gram
2 tablespoon of coriander powder
2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
Few chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon of ghee or oil
1 teaspoon of chaat masala
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon Crushed ginger
2 tablespoon Kasuri methi
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Method
Soak the chana and boil it at least for 2whistle
Note while mixing the masala powders we add little water because it doesn't get burnt into the oil and doesn't change the taste.
While boiling the chana put a pinch of salt and baking powder so that it cooks faster. And becomes very soft .
