Mata ka bhog

🙏Navratri is going on ,so let's prepare today mata ka bhog. Kala chana recipe.
ingredients
2 cup Kala chana /black gram
2 tablespoon of coriander powder
2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
Few chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon of ghee or oil
1 teaspoon of chaat masala
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon Crushed ginger 
2 tablespoon Kasuri methi
2 green chillies
Salt to taste

Method
Soak the chana and boil it at least for 2whistle
It has to be soft as shown in the picture
Take all the spices and mix with water
Take a blender and make tomato puree
Heat the kadhai put oil
Now go on adding all the spices into the kadhai, start with cumin
ginger crushed
Slit of green chillies
Now add all the the spices that we had mix with water
Cook for sometime as the colour changes and then add  tomato puree
Now also  cook, till the oil come up and the colour changes too
Now it's time to add the boiled kala chana
Mix the chana into the masala and add the chat masala, kasuri methi
And at last few chopped of coriander leaves
 And it's done
Note 
while mixing the masala powders we add little water because it doesn't get burnt into the oil and doesn't  change the taste.
While boiling the chana put a pinch of salt and baking powder so that it cooks faster. And becomes very soft .
