Coconut mango jelly

jelly is very easy to make with few ingredients. Jellies mostly like by kids, So I am going to show you the recipe of mango and coconut jelly.

Ingredients:
2 Cup mango puree (4ripe)
½ cup sugar 
15 gram agar agar /China grass
 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
1½  cup water
¾ cup coconut milk
1 cup water
10 gram agar agar
½ cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Method:
Take  water in a bowl and add agar agar / China grass . Let it soak for 15 minutes.
After it soaks up take a vessel and heat it . Now you will see that agar agar has been melted.

Now we'll go for jelly
Take ripe mangoes , peel it off , chopping cubes and then blend and make a puree. This becomes your mango pulp
take sugar in a vessel, add water, heat until the sugar melts.
Now add mango pulp and mix it till it is heated.
Add lemon juice
now it's time to add agar agar and mix and whisk it well.
 Pour the  mixture into the mould and put in fridge to set.
Set it in fridge for  1 hour. Don't let it set for too long otherwise the second layer will not stick to the first Layer.
So little set on the top surface is good enough.

Now will begin with the coconut layer.
Same process goes on
i.e
Melt the sugar add coconut milk and whisk it well till it heats completely.
Now add agar agar, mix and whisk  it well.( Repeat the same procedure for the agar agar to melt)
Now the coconut layer is ready .
 put on the coconut layer on the mango layer  , and set it completely by putting in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Then remove from the fridge and unmould it and cut  into the shape you want. The mouth watering jelly is ready.

Note
We can store this for 3 to 4 months in refrigerator.
