Margarita of 2 style
The Margarita is one of the most popular cocktails in North America—for good reason. Combining the tang of lime and the sweetness of orange liqueur with the distinctive strength of tequila, our classic Margarita strikes all of the right keys.
Frozee Margarita
Ingredients
50ml tequila(4 ounce)
1 tbsp Cointreau
25ml simple syrup
2peeled off lime
1lime cut into slices
2cup ice
2tbsp salt
Directions
Rub the the wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and dip the outside of the glass into the salt and lime zest
Combine the tequila cointreour and simple syrup in Mason jar (cocktail shaker)
You can refrigerate for several hours to chill , this step is optional but it does helps to keep the ice from melting to quickly.
Put the peeled limes and ice cubes into the blender and blend until smooth and slushy.You can add the simple syrup according to your taste.
Your refreshing margarita cocktail is ready to enjoy.
Basic or classic margarita
Ingredients
Salt rim glass
2 cup ice
50 ml tequila (4 ounce)
1 tbsp Cointreau
25 ml simple syrup and lemon juice
Directions
Apply the same technique for the glass rim
Now add ino it tequila freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker and shut it tightly
Give it a very nice shake
Pour the margarita in the salt rimmed glass and serve.
NOTES
To Make A Pitcher Of Margaritas (16 servings): Stir tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice together in a large pitcher until combined. Add your desired amount of sweetener if desired (I would begin with 2-3 tablespoons agave) until the margaritas reach your desired level of sweetness. Serve on the rocks, garnished with an extra lime wedge if desired.
A Note On Serving Sizes: The serving size of one cocktail is 3.5 ounces (a little less than 1/2 cup), which is more akin to a traditional cocktail versus the large mugs of diluted margaritas that many restaurants serv
