Modak
Hello friends
It's time of ganpati ,now lets prepare lord ganesha favourite mithai Modak of 2 kinds.

Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup samolina (rava)
1 ½ cup milk
5 almonds
5 kaju
50 gram mava (khoya)
6 tbsp sugar powder.

Method
Heat the pan ,put ghee.
roast the samolina on medium flame till the colour changes to little yellowish,
Aleast for 5 to 6 min.
then add milk little by little
and make like doughput off the gas , and let it rest for 10 minutes by covering it.mean while take kadhai , heat ghee and roats your dry fruits.till colour changes and nice aroma smells.now add mavafry it and add sugarthen mix it well for 2 minutes, and remove it on plate and let it  cool for some time
Uncover it . And knead it with the hands and make a medium soft dough.

Now take the little dough make hole inside it and put the mixture inside of it.

take the knitting stick and give the perfect shape
It's ready.
Green modak
1cup grated coconut
4 to 5 beatal leaf (pan)
3 to 4 tbsp condense milk
Sugar if required
Take beatal leaf (pan)and break it 
Then add condensed milk or milk
Make smooth puari
Now take kadhai heat ghee and roast fine grated coconut for 2 to 3 minutes , it should not change the colour (keep it white)
then add the pan puri to the roasted coconut
 mix it on medium film
Cook it till it combines and forms a ball
Then your  green mixture is ready to  make modak
Then take the modak mould and filled the green mixture at the sides as shown in the picture
Now add coconut and jaggery mixture inside of it . You can also fill gulkand .
Now cover it with the same green mixture , and pack it 
Unmould the modak
And the bhog is ready to offer lord ganesha
Note
No knead of sugar as condense milk is sweet.
