stuffed capsicum/bharwa shimla mirch

This is a very easy and delicious recipe even children like it. You can make this recipe ,whatever vegetables a available at home. I have prepared it with potatoes/aloo. So let's get started.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon coriander /dhaniya powder
1 teaspoon cumin/ jeera powder.          
1 teaspoon turmeric/haldi powder.       
½ teaspoon black pepper /kali mirch      powder
½ garam masala.                                      
1 teaspoon red chili powder.                   
1 tablespoon crushed ginger and garlic.
1 to 2 green chilli.                                      
1 chopped onion.                                       
Aloo/potatoes 2 to 3.                                
3 tablespoon crushed peanut.                             
4 tbsp oil                                                        
Salt to taste.                                                

               
Direction:
Take all the masala /spices in a plate .
Chopped onion spring onions and aloo in another plate take kadhai heat oil ,add chopped onion, crushed ginger garlic, green chilli , aloo and all the spices. Salt as required
Now add spring onion and crushed peanut.
Your stuffing masala is ready

Take  capsicum and cut the tip of itstuff the aloo  masala inside the capsicum
Then apply little maida or besan /chickpea flour so that masala does not come out when we are frying.
Heat oil and  put  the stuffed capsicum into it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
It's cooked and ready. you can serve like this also
But to give little more flavour and to make little more tasty we are going to prepare gravy.
In the same add one chopped onions and 1 chopped finely chopped tomato and 2 tablespoon of tamarind water and pinch  sugar and salt as required.
Your stuffed capsicum is ready. you can enjoy with roti  or rice Note
Instead of vegetables you can also stuff with paneer ,meat , fish ,anything of your like.
