Teriyaki  chicken wings

Teriyaki is a  cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which food are broiled or grilled wheat a place of soya sauce ,mirin, sugar.i have given it a little variation of mine.

Ingredients
chicken wings tips removed and split at joint
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp  water
2 brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Sesame
Pepper
1 tsp  ginger and 3 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

1. Place chicken wings in a large shallow  pan, 
2.fry the chicken wings on both sides untill it becomes brown.

3. Place the soy sauce,water,brown sugar, dry mustard, ginger and garlic in a medium size saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat after it starts to boil. This becomes the marination/sauces .

4. Pour marinade on wings .fry till the sauce is glazed and put pepper Powder on it .
 

5.Sprinkle much sesame 
enjoy

Notes

Instead of pan you can also bake in oven  place  it in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake for 1 hr and 30 minutes. Turning chicken wings half way through baking time.

While baking the teriyaki sauce reduces and becomes slightly thick. Turning the wings half way through baking time allows wings to get coated very well.
