raw mango concentrated Syrup
Ingredients for Concentrated Syrup
½kg raw mango
1½cup water
3cup sugar
1½black salt
½salt
Direction for Concentrated Syrup
1.Peel the skin of the mangoes and cut into slices .
2.Take a pan add water , sliced mango and cook untill it becomes tender.
3.After its fully cooked take a mixed and blend it to a smooth puree, keep a side .
4.Take another pan put sugar and water , cook till the sugar fully disolve in water .
5.Now add black salt and salt cook till it becomes thick syrup.(the consistency Has to be like tomato sauce).
6.Strain the syrup
7.Your syrup is ready and you can stored it for 1month in refrigerator.
Note
1.Concentrated syrup can be stored in frezee for one month .
2.Instead of sugar you can add jaggery.
3.You can garnish it with also lemon slice.
