Recipes to fight against corona virus.
As you know corona virus is increasing day by day. It's our duty to keep our body safe for that I have come with same healthy menu that keeps our immune system healthly.
Let's make kadha
Take 10 -12 pepper corn ,6-7 cloves 2elaichi, cinnamon stick , fennel , ajwain (oregano)crush them all together.
In a vessel take 1½ glass of water , add pinch of turmeric powder, jaggery, pinch of salt, 10 to 12 tulsi leaves. Boil on a medium heat. Cook till the water reduce to 1glass.
You can drink any time but its good to drink in the morning. Your kadha is ready to serve. It fight against cold and flu.
Honey lemon water
In a glass put 1 tsp honey , 2tsp lemon juice and warm water . The ingredients can be adjusted according to the glass you take.your drink is ready.
It helps in boosting energy and act as a diuretic.
Best in controlling common cold &cough.
It has a vitamin c which keeps your immune system healthly.
Beetroot carrot juice
Take a mixer jar put 1chopped carrot,1 beetroot ,1chopped apple ,2tsp lemon juice and 1inch ginger and pinch of rock salt.blend and strain it your juice is ready.
Beetroot juice help in detoxifier , carrots are full of fibers .
Ginger helps in cleanse the body and boost energy and stamina.
Haldi dhood (turmaric milk)
Heat 2tsp Mustard oil add ajwain (oregano)saute it for 4-5sec.
Turmeric and ginger powder laddoo
Heat the ghee add jaggery and mix both together till it becomes combine and form a golden in colour on medium flame.
In another blow take 2tsp turmeric , 2 tsp ginger powder,1tsp cinomman powder.mix it and now add the ghee and Jaggery mix to the dry ingredients (I.e all the powers your mixture is ready to make laddoos ).make small balls and enjoy in morning and evening.store the energy balls in air tight container.
Almond fennel laddoos.
Roast the 1 cup almond ½ cup fennel and make powder of both and ⅓ cup of black pepper Powder and ½ cup sugar powder mix and combine the all ingredients.
In a blow take ½cup jaggery and 2- 3 tsp of classified butter . Mix well both and add to the dry powders . Combine all and make laddoos.

Hot and sour soup
Chopped 2 -3cloves of garlic and 1 inch ginger soute for 1min on medium flame,then add fine chopped½ onion, carrots, cabbage, sweet corn , french beans , capsicum.now add 3cups of water boil for 1min then add oast flour/corn flour for little thickness.cook for 2mins .at last add 2tsp soya sauce , 2 tsp viniger , ¼ tsp sugar , salt as required, coriander leaves , spring onion and lemon juice another 1 min and it's done.soup is ready.
Carrot and ginger soup
Take a pressure cooker 2 tsp oil , 3 tsp ginger, 1 chopped onion and 3 - 4 carrot copped soute for 1min then add oil 2cup and cook for 4 to 5 whistle
Remove and strain the water and make puree of the carrot .
Heat a pan put the correct puree and the left over water cook and add herbs , pepper Powder, salt as required.and it's done .
