Eggless bread pudding
Today's recipe is bread pudding .Eggless , without oven . Custard bread pudding.bread pudding is very tasty and easy to make.mostly it is like by children.don't miss this recipe and give a try in this summer.

Process & ingredients
5 inch pan
Sugar ¼cup(for caramel)
5 slices of bread
½ cup Custard powder
½ cup water
½cup sugar
1½. Cup milk

To make caramel 
Heat  a pan add sugar put 2 tsp water.cook  on low flame till it becomes dark brown  pour in 6inch mould and keep aside.


Take the  slices of bread , remove  the edges and cut into pieces.
Now take a mixer jar grind and make crumbs.
Then take custard powder add water and mix well.

Heat the pan put milk add sugar and cook for a while then add the custard mixture.cook for 2 to 3 min.
Now little by little add bread crumbs and keep mixing.
Pour the mixture into the caramel mould and cover it .

Heat water  in kadhai , place a stand and keep the mould in it.

  Cook for 20 to 30 minutes on a low medium flame .
After cool downs keep in refrigerator for 2 hours. 
And then remove  carefully the pudding from the mould in a plate and serve .






Note 
You can replace custard powder with 2eggs.
