Aam papad (mango candy)
As the mango season is going on so will make mango recipe.A traditional and authentic sun dried mango pulp served  as confectionery or condiments.The recipe is very easy to make , recipe does not want and complicated ingredients.
ingredients
4-5mango
½ cup sugar
Cardamon powder a pinch(optional)
1 tsp ghee

Methods
Take mangoes , peel off the skin of the mangoes.
Cut the mangoes and put in mixer jar and blend it 
make a smooth puree

Heat the pan put the puree and add sugar in it and cook for 4 to 5 min

remove the puree from the pan let it cool ,for the time apply  ghee in a plate and put the puree into the plate .
Keep in hot sun to dry  for 2-3 days. When it dries it changes the colour as you see in the picture.
remove the aam papad carefully 
Now cut into pieces . Make the shape you want .rool it or overlap it and make candy.

you can store it for a month.enjoy the katha meetha papad.

Note
To make a thick papad or candy 2 to 3 times repeat the same process.once the puree dries add again on it and dry again repeatetion follows as thick you want the candy.
