Healthy pizza
You must be waiting to eat pizza in this lockdown.i have come with pizza recipe with ingredients that are mostly present in our house.as we can't get the things that are required in this lockdown . So let's get started...

Ingredients for pizza  base
2 cup maida
1 tsp sugar 
¼baking powder
¼baking soda
2tsp melted ghee /oil
3-4 tsp crud
Salt to taste
Water if required.(warm)

1.Take 1 bowl put maida ,sugar , salt , baking powder, baking soda, 1tsp oil ,crud .water if required because crud allready has the liquid which can combine the dough.

2.Stirring  all the ingredients well until the dough is forming into a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl.

3.The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hands.

4.Once it does, transfer it to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until a smooth ball forms.

5.Now apply  1tsp oil and cover with cholth, rest the dough for 1 hour .

6.Later on  dough will rise to its double size .then your dough is ready to  make pizza base.


7.Roll the dough to ½ cm  thick.

8.Prick /poke the base with fork.

9.Preheat the kadhi for 5 minutes little salt init .keep stand into that and then put the pizza base inside the kadhai cover it with lid .
10.Bake the pizza to 8- 10 mins on medium flame .

11.Bake till it's slightly set and a little bubbly (not brown at all).

12.Your pizza base is ready .you can store it  in refrigerator for 10.to 15 days .

Now will prepare white sauce which will replace cheese.

2 tsp butter
1tsp maida
½cup milk
Salt as required

1.Heat the pan , put butter ,maida stir it well ,add milk little by little and continue.

2.mixing .put salt as required .

3.Cook for 3 to 4 min on low flame till it becomes thick. Keep a side, sauce is ready.


Pizza sauce ingredients
2 tsp oil
Garlic 2- 3 clove
Ginger peice 1 inch
½ cup water
1 onion
2-3tomatoes
1tsp sugar and salt

1.Heat the oil add garlic, ginger, onion, tomato cook till it becomes soft.
2.Remove it and blend it for 4 to 5 seconds.it will be  like thick puree .
3.Again in the same pan heat oil put the pure add red chilly powder, sugar ,salt and water .cook till the nice texture.
4.You can add tomato ketchup for more taste but it optional.
5.The sauce is  ready to apply on pizza .

 Pizza Topping 
It's up to availability of veggies with you .
I'm using the following
Sweet corn
Onion
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Chilly flakes
Oregano (optional)
Pepper Powder
Salt

1.Heat the pan put 1tsp oil and put all chopped veggies.expect tomato.
2.Then peper powder , chilly flakes, salt as to your taste . cook for 1mins on high flame .do not Fully cooked the vegetables.
3.Remove in plate  now add tomatoes .

Every thing is done , now it's time to prepare pizza
1.Take a plate keep the pizza base aaply pizza sauce and the white sauce .
2.Now put the topping i.e vegetables again put little white sauce .
3.Cook for 3 to 4 on pan with covered lid .
4.Your yummy tasty pizza is ready.

Cooks note
Using bread flour gives more crispy crust . If you you don't have bread flour you  can substitute it with all purpose flour i.e  maida which will give you a chewier crust.
